Chest

Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point, just under your armpit.

Waist

Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.

Inseam

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure from the top of the leg/crotch to below the ankle. Or take a pair of pants that fit well and take the same measurement.

Hip

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.

Sleeve Length

With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.

    not sweatpants

    They're thin and not sweatpants. They're also way smaller than listed. I don't understand the options below.

    Can be better

    The overall material was great quality it just runs really small I would recommend going up one or two sizes from your original. I ordered a size M but they were to small at the waist.

    I like the fit

    I like the style and loved the fit when I purchased the washed out black pair but the blue pair in a size medium is an entirely different fit on my body. I had to order a size large and it’s still slightly different. I don’t know if it’s because they all have different dyes but I wish it was a little longer in the legs.

    Size matters

    I love these sweatpants but there is a problem with size consistency. I am a 30” waist and last color choice grey and beige I ordered M. They shrunk after wash and one pair a little more snug than the other. This time I ordered blue and red L and after wash some shrinkage but still nice loose fit.
