Chest

Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point, just under your armpit.

Waist

Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.

Inseam

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure from the top of the leg/crotch to below the ankle. Or take a pair of pants that fit well and take the same measurement.

Hip

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.

Sleeve Length

With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.

    Much better fit with more stretch

    Originally, I ordered these in a 34 (my waist is more like 32 but I have a big butt & thighs ) and they were so tight they hurt to wear. Especially in the waist and thigh area. The stretch wasn’t as forgiving. I ordered a 36 a year later and it’s soooo much better. It has way more stretch than the pair from last year and fits exactly like it does on the model. If you’re thin, I suggest ordering your regular size but if you’re anything else, size up from what you normally wear (I always size up on skinny anything so I had to go 2 sizes up on these).
